Overview

Prepare enough bottles, caps and liquid medicine. The cap should be filled with the track of the oscillating hopper and located at the capping station. The bottles are supplied by the mesh belt or the oscillating plate, and the bottles are delivered by the conveyor belt. The tray is positioned for filling, and the liquid medicine is sucked in by a peristaltic pump and conveyed by a silicone tube. At the filling station, the liquid is filled into the bottle by 2 needle tubes that can move up and down automatically. Reduce the impact of medicinal solution. Advantages: no foaming, no reduction in production speed.
