Two, bottle washing machine maintenance matters needing attention:
1. Maintenance according to the requirements of bottle washing machine: grease the bearing of sleeve roller chain, bottle feeding system, bottle discharging system and return device for one time per shift; Chain box drive shaft, universal coupling and other bearings shall be greased once every two shifts; Check the lubrication of each gearbox every quarter, and replace the lubricating oil when necessary.
2. We should always pay attention to observe whether the action of each part is synchronized, whether there is abnormal sound, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the liquid temperature and liquid level meet the requirements, whether the water pressure and steam pressure are normal, whether the nozzle and filter screen are blocked and cleaned, whether the bearing temperature is normal, whether the lubrication is good. Once found abnormal situation, should be dealt with in time.
3. Every time you replace the lotion and discharge the waste water, wash all inside the machine, remove dirt and broken glass, clean and dredge the filter cylinder.
4. The heater should be washed by high-pressure water spray every quarter, and the dirt filter and level detector on the steam pipe should be cleaned once.
5. Brush nozzle every month, dredge nozzle, timely adjust nozzle alignment.
6. Check all kinds of chain tensioner every six months and adjust if necessary.
