This Wash-Filling-Capping 3 in 1 monoblock machine is suitable for filling water,non-carbonated drink, juice, wine, tea drink and other liquid. It can finish all the process such as bottle rinsing,filling and sealing fast and stable.It can reduce the materials and improve the sanitary conditions,production capacity and economic efficiency.
Product Details
Washing part:
Material: 304 Stainless steel
Specially designed stainless steel bottle gripper does not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination.
Filling part:
Product feed pipes connect the product tank with the filling valves. In each connecting pipe, there is an inductive flow meter which measures the quantity of the product flowing through the pipes via the product’s conductivity.
Capping part
Domestic famous engines, strong driving force, low fuel consumption, high economic benefits 12F+4R sliding sleeve shift.

1. Rinsing system: Combined with rotary tray with clamp, water distributing tray, water tank and rinsing pump.
2. Filling system: Combined with hydraulic, filling valve, controlling ring, and elevator-cylinder.
3. Capping system: Combined with capper, cap sorter and cap falling track.
4. Driving system: Combined with main motor and gears.
5. Bottle transmitting system: Combined with air conveyor, steel starwheels and neck supporting carrier plates.
6. Electrical controlling system: this part is frequency inverted, PLC controlled and touch screen operated.
