Features
- This is filling nozzle of linear filling machine. It is SUS304 material or SUS316 material. There is the small white anti-leakage device in inside of filling nozzles
There are two light sensors for the bottle feed and bottles out. It can control the air cylinder to stop the bottles feed when there are bottles in the filling machine.
This is the material tank on the filling machine. We can custom this tank according to your customer’s needs. It is SUS316 material in inside of tank. Normally, it is 30-200L.
This is servo motor, it will control the whole machine. And there are the screw bolt to control the piston pump. So the filling accuracy is very high by servo motor control.

Food (olive oil, sesame paste, sauce, tomato paste, chili sauce,butter,honey etc.) Beverage( juice, concentrated juice). Cosmetics (cream, lotion,shampoo, shower gel etc) Daily chemical (dishwashing, toothpaste, shoe polish, moisturizer, lipstick, etc.), chemical (glass adhesive, sealant, white latex, etc.), lubricants, and plaster pastes for special industries The equipment is ideal for filling high-viscosity liquids, pastes, thick sauces, and liquids. we customize machine for different size and shape of bottles.both glass and plastic are OK.
