Overview

The automatic paste filling machine is mainly used in the food industry and is capable of filling accurately and rapidly any viscosity liquid such as tomato sauce,tomato paste, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, peanut butter etc. It can be used with capping machine, labeling machine and a complete production line. It integrates light, machine, electricity and gas in one. By controlling the filling time to realize the measurement of different filling, the filling time can be precisely controlled to one percent seconds. The filling process was under the control of a PLC program on the touch screen to complete. It's a filling machine with convenient operation.

Features

1.Users can choose from 2 to 16 filling heads.
2.Drip-proof filling head design.
3.When filling, the filling head will be inserted into the bottom of the bottle, the filling head will rise during filling.
4.The filling volume can be adjusted by touching the screen and shaking the lever.
5.Frequency control, no bottle no filling.
6.Using the upper type liquid cylinder, when the liquid in the cylinder is insufficient, it can automatically alarm and complete the liquid supply automatically.
