This machine is auto negative pressure vacuum filling, auto bottle detecting( no bottle no filling )

Auto dropping of crimp pump cap, circulation of spray bottles’ die set, It is wide adaptability which can meet to requirements of different dimension and filling volume of containers.

This filling machine can be divided into automatic bottles feeding (Also can use choose manual load bottle)automatic filling, automatic pump cap capping head, pre-capping head for regulate and tighten up pump cap head and automatic capping etc.

Main function

1. Adopting peristaltic pump to fill, suitable for various liquid or gel filling, it’s very easy quick to dismantle liquid pipes for washing or replacement, saving materials & enhancing working efficiency.

2. With humanized design, filling dosage can be directly adjusted on touch screen, easy to adjust for different bottles, convenient & easy to operate.

3. Adopting grab type servo capping heads, with nice capping effect, reliable & delicate.

4. With PLC & touch screen to control, formal saving, auto counting function, no bottle, no filling; frequency converter, easy to link production line, with high automation.

Guarantee of quality:
The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of Manufacturer’s best materials, with first class workmanship, brand new, unused and correspond in all respects with the quality, specification and performance as stipulated in this Contract. Quality guarantee period is within 12 months from B/L date. The Manufacturer would repair the contracted machines free of charge during the quality guarantee period. If the break-down can be due to the improper use or other reasons by the Buyer, the Manufacturer will collect repair parts cost.
Installation and Debugging:
The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the installation and debugging. Cost would be bear on buyer’s side (round way flight tickets, accommodation fees in buyer country). The buyer should provide his site assistance for the installation and debugging
