This machine fill and seal ointment, cream jellies,toothpaste, lotion,jam and viscosity material, sealing or tail folding, batch number embossing (include manufacture date) automatically. It's ideal equipment for aluminum tube, plastic tube and laminated tube , this machine can fill plastic tube or aluminum tube, no need to change the plastic tube mold or aluminum tube mold, so it is easy for customer who has both palstic tube and aluminum tube. it can save time and avoid any mistake when you change plastic tube mold to aluminum tube mold. this machine is morden technology.

Filling system
Use piston pump filling .Filling hopper according to material viscosity could be stiring and heating hopper to make the filling precision is higher and no leaking .
Vibrating bowl
According to cap size to custom made , automatic sending cap to guide way to loading cap on bottle .
Cap loading system: Use AirTAC air cylinder to control mechanical hand pick up cap from cap guide way to put on bottle mouth. Loading precision rate can reach 99%.
Capping system: Adopt high precision cam to control capping head come up and down. Make sure machine running stable and capping rate high.
All action is controlled by PLC and Touch screen. The surface of machine is SUS304, material contacted with liquid is 316L stainless steel, can be connect with labeling machine.

Guarantee of quality:
The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of Manufacturer's best materials, with first class workmanship, brand new, unused and correspond in all respects with the quality, specification and performance as stipulated in this Contract. Quality guarantee period is within 12 months from B/L date. The Manufacturer would repair the contracted machines free of charge during the quality guarantee period. If the break-down can be due to the improper use or other reasons by the buyer, the Manufacturer will collect repair parts cost.
Installation and Debugging:
The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the installation and debugging. Cost would be covered by buyer's side (round way flight tickets, accommodation fees in buyer country). The buyer should provide his site assistance for the installation and debugging.
