Automatic High Speed Bottle Unscrambler
The appearance of the main body of the equipment is cylindrical, and the bottom of the outer cylinder is equipped with adjustable feet for adjusting the height and level of the machine. There are one inner and one outer rotating cylinder in the cylinder, which are respectively installed on a set of double-row toothed large plane bearings. The outer side of the inner rotating cylinder is equipped with a bottle drop groove, and the inner side is equipped with a lifting mechanism equal to the number of the bottle drop groove. The outer rotating cylinder is equipped with a bottle-separating groove corresponding to the bottle-falling groove. A fixed umbrella tower is installed in the center of the machine. When the elevator is activated according to the lack of bottle signal from the bottle detection device set on the umbrella tower, the bottle falls on the umbrella tower from the center of the top of the machine and slides to the edge of the umbrella tower to enter the lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism pushes the bottle into the bottle drop groove under the action of the cam. The machine is equipped with two bottle-dropping troughs. Each lifting mechanism lifts the bottle twice and sends it into the bottle-dropping trough for each revolution. At the bottle outlet, there is a bottle-shifting star wheel to send the bottle into the air duct. The bottle-shifting star wheel is connected to the motor main shaft through a synchronous toothed belt.
1. The main motor reducer adopts a torque limiting mechanism to prevent damage to the machine in the event of a failure.
2. Adopting twice pushing and discharging the bottle mechanism to ensure that there are bottles in every bottle dropping station, and improve the bottle output efficiency.
3. Adopt the bottle-hanging conveying air duct to prevent the bottle from tipping over during conveying.
4. Equipped with a stuck bottle detector, it will automatically stop and give an alarm when the bottle is stuck.
5. Equipped with a no-bottle detector, which is used to send a working signal to the elevator, and the elevator will automatically replenish bottles.
6. The bottle conveying duct is equipped with a photoelectric switch, which is used to control the start and stop of the unscrambler.
7. The bottle unscrambler is equipped with a lubricating nozzle, which can easily add lubricating oil to gears, bearings and cams.
