Features

1.This is vibrating plate for dropper with long pipe, it will not make the pipe lean, and it is better way to load the long pipe Cap.

2.This is filling counter of filling machine. This machine is main for small plastic bottle and glass bottle and other liquid.

3.This is Cap loading and capping part. It is new design for the long pipe Cap, it can make the Cap into the capping head stable and smooth, without any damage and lean.

4.There are two light sensors for the bottle feed and bottles out. It can control the air cylinder to stop the bottles feed when there are bottles in the filling machine.

Working Principle

The material will be pumped through the reciprocating piston filling machine under the action of the cylinder. The cylinder of the pumping stroke is adjusted by a signal valve to adjust the required filling volume to achieve precise filling results.
